Lotsofsock's Sock Sorter Ver1.11

This patch is a minor patch with some minor fixes and improvements over controls.

Gameplay Changes:

- Increased the amount of time it takes for the game to reach the highest difficulty state from ~900 socks placed to ~1000 socks placed.

Control Changes:

- Pressing down or holding down will now immediately cause a sock to lock if it is landing on something. (This behavior existed before last patch, but was removed by the introduction of the slide time. Although the player can always lock quickly using hard drop, I received feedback saying that it was strange that pieces wouldn't lock by pressing down)

UI changes:
- Made the buttons in the help panel equal sizes since it looks nicer

Bug Fixes:

- Fixed a bug where newly spawned socks could start moving as if the player was holding left/right/down without input. (I thought I fixed this last patch but apparently I did not, so hopefully it's fixed for real this time!)
